Favell Properties Ltd is a Yorkshire-based company that specialises in acquiring properties in and around South and West Yorkshire. Company Directors Oliver and Kerry were born and raised in the local area, giving them a great local knowledge of the property market. We set up Favell Properties in May 2020 and we have been actively investing in the property market since then.

We are BTL landlords ourselves, with an evolving portfolio of properties in the Yorkshire area, so we have the experience and know-how required to help you.

Oliver Favell
Director

I have been involved in the construction industry for the last 15 years, working in both Australia and the UK. I have an NVQ Level 2 in Joinery and in dry-lining.

I have been in a supervisory role for the last 8 years which has given me a great foundation for refurbing our projects as coordinating the trades is essential in any project.

I am also the Managing Director of H.O.K., which is a drylining company that works on large commercial construction sites such as apartments, cinemas, hospitals and offices.

I renovate and supervise all of Favell Properties’ refurbishments.

Kerry Favell
Director

After leaving school I went into hairdressing and got my Level 3 NVQ. After owning my own salon and starting a family I realised I didn’t want to work the unsociable hours required to run your own salon.

I have always had a keen interest in property and gradually I started helping out on our refurbs and finding properties for our company; this has now become my full-time job.

My favourite part is sourcing the properties and looking at the potential they have when they are in such a bad state and we take them and turn them into a lovely family home.
